I’m very satisfied with my apartment. It is a complete welcoming and happy difference from the apartments I came from. It’s clean and aesthetically pleasing and the head of maintenance was extremely attentive and prompt with service for a work order I put in, he was very nice and I greatly appreciate coming upon this hidden gem of an apartment complex with a great team of people.

I’ve been living here since 2020, and I’ve seen several management companies come and go, but none have been as efficient and caring as the current team. From the moment they took over, they addressed both the big issues and the smaller ones that really impact daily life. I’ve had multiple concerns over time, and every single one has been handled with care and professionalism. Recently, they went above and beyond for me in a way I didn’t expect, and I’m incredibly grateful. They’ve truly been a positive force in our community, and it’s clear they’re dedicated to making things better for all of us. I can’t express how much I appreciate their hard work and responsiveness. I've lived here for about a year and this place is by far the best complex I've live at. I need to be sure Danny gets recognized. The maintenance staff never fails to stop what he's doing to come help me with a maitnence issue. He is so kind and respectful. As is the entire team here. I love it here!

No matter how many times I've needed assistance, the's always been there with a positive attitude and ready to help. It's rare to find someone who makes you feel so comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance. The maintenance team here is incredibly efficient. When I reported an issue with my balcony's mesh screen upon move-in, they responded and fixed it the very next day. This kind of prompt attention to maintenance concerns really shows their commitment to resident satisfaction. For students looking for housing near campus, this community offers a convenient location and excellent staff support.

I've recently moved here and couldn’t be happier. After touring 7 apartments this was easily the top of my list. Not only is the apartment excellent, the customer service is great. The front office and maintenance crew do an amazing job and are always on top of things. Manegement team takes amazing care of me and makes sure my experience is wonderful.
